1. Who we are

ATHLETE-XCEL is run by Sampson Twum, Meersstraat 2, 9990 Maldegem, Belgium. Contact: samsontwum@gmail.com.

2. Your account

• Give correct information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
• One person per account. Choose the account type that fits you: player, scout or club.
• Players under 13 may only use ATHLETE-XCEL together with a parent or guardian.
• Scout and club accounts are checked by us before they get access to player data. We can refuse or withdraw that access.

3. Data you add

• Only upload data you are allowed to share. Clubs may only upload data about players in their own roster.
• Data a player enters is shown as “self-reported”. Data a club uploads is shown as “confirmed by club”. Do not present data as something it is not.
• You keep ownership of what you add. You give us permission to store it and show it inside ATHLETE-XCEL as described in our privacy policy, for as long as your account exists.

4. Fair use, especially towards young players

• Use player data only to scout, coach or develop players. Do not copy it in bulk, sell it or publish it elsewhere.
• Contact players under 18 through their club or their parent or guardian, never directly with private messages or offers.
• No harassment, discrimination, false accounts, or attempts to get around the platform's security or limits.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account.

5. Scores and rankings

Scores, rankings and insights are calculated from the data that players and clubs provide, compared with published research for each age group. They support human judgement but are not a guarantee of a player's level or future. Decisions about players remain your own.

6. The service

We work hard to keep ATHLETE-XCEL available, correct and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Some features may become part of a paid plan in the future; we will always tell you in advance and never charge you without your clear agreement.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions taken on the basis of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Belgian law.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security. What happens to your data is explained in our privacy policy.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. For important changes we will let you know in advance in the app. Belgian law applies to these terms.
